Sizewell Weekend 2027

Friday 29th - Sunday 31st January 2027

We are delighted that Mark Aldridge has agreed to be our guest speaker this year. Before retiring a few years ago, Mark was the Director of Church Leadership for New Wine and also spent 25 years in local church leadership. Mark is the author of the book ‘Learning to Hear God’s Voice’.

Spread through the weekend, we will have worship and teaching sessions while the Youth and Young Children will have their own separate programme of activities. Saturday afternoon is a time to relax, chat, explore the beach and surrounding area, before we come together in the evening for some entertainment and fun. Sunday will see us all gathering for a time of family worship, praise and to celebrate Holy Communion together. This will be followed by Sunday lunch, provided by our excellent catering team, to set us up for the journey home.

Please note that places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, with priority given to regular worshippers at Christ Church and their dependants.

Booking requests will go live on the website on Sunday 8th November, with paper forms also available at the main service on that day and will stay open until 29th November.

Full details will be provided on an invite which is available at the church.
