Giving to Christ Church

Giving to Christ Church

Giving QR If you'd like to make a one-off donation to Christ Church today, you can click here, or scan the QR code.

If you'd like to make a regular gift to the church, you can set up a standing order:
Sort code: 20-98-07   |   Account number: 40241970

On Sundays, you can give in the offering box at the back, or put cash in the bag when it comes round. We also have a card reader at the church, so you can make a contactless donation.

If you are a tax payer, we can reclaim an additional 25% from HMRC on your gift. Please get in touch with us here, or speak to someone on a Sunday, to find out more.

Christ Church relies on the generous gifts of our members and friends in order to flourish. Your financial gifts contribute to our ministry: they are used to pay our 'parish share' (which is the fund that the Diocese uses to pay full-time clergy); they are used to pay for the cost of running services, events, hospitality, outreach, and engagement; they are used to pay the costs of running, maintaining, and improving our building, and much more.

Thank you for your gift - we really appreciate it.

Planning your Visit

We're so glad to see you!

Happy people worshipping in the church

We meet together every Sunday morning at 10:30am, and we'd love to welcome you.

What should I expect?
A warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere, great music, and cake! Our services include singing, praying, words from the Bible, and teaching about how to follow Jesus. There's normally a chance to be prayed for during or after the services, too, if there's something specific you're concerned about. Don't worry, though - we won't ask you to do or say anything you don't want to, and there's no pressure on anyone.
Our services are live-streamed on YouTube, and you can view previous ones here, to give you a better idea of what goes on.

What about my children?
Children are welcome here. Most weeks there are groups and activities for ages 0 - 17, or they can stay in the main worship area if they'd prefer. There's more information here!

Is the building accessible?
Yes. We have wheelchair access, disabled toilets, and a hearing loop. It's a modern and comfortable space, and you can sit at the back if you want - especially if you're new and not sure how things go.

What should I wear?
Whatever you feel comfortable in - there's no dress code.
